Hello everyone, today's activities:

400 gr. flour (you can replace 100 grams of flour with 100 g of cornstarch)
200 gr gr butter sugar
100/150 (or 100/150 ml. olive oil) 3 eggs
almonds taste 1 cup milk 1 tablespoon baking
a pinch of salt Mix sugar and egg yolks, add flour , oil (oil and flour a little at a time), then add milk and whisk the egg whites (with a pinch of salt).
Add the shelled almonds, chopped and finally the baking powder sifted.
Put in oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees (fan oven).
