part of issues and policies relating to professional culture, which always have to deal with unregulated flexibility, job insecurity , cuts of public and private resources, what place is there for women, their concerns and needs, both in terms of affirmation and recognition that sustainability?

Millennia Agency has decided to organize this table and that is committed on this front "Hot" for some years, a witness of various processes involving the culture of the territory and in the sense complex system of wealth of memories, intellectual and economic resources of the entire community to better manage both knowledge networks and innovative content, or marginal, from as low as one would have said some time ago to be valued and developed.

In the dialectic between these two poles are often less biographies of young women struggling with the visibility of their access to skills training opportunities and careers, the major theme of reconciliation. After Bo

2000, after growth and the parallel crisis of the social centers, training of young co-operatives and associations in the fields of media, technology, entertainment and social, after the strong and recognized presence of banking foundations in funding the project, after the birth of one-stop dedicated to new issues of insecurity and experimental interventions designed to support young women, including rethinking and innovation, what is behind
the corner?

What levers put or call into play to ensure that gender become value-added and are not Handicap, not only with respect to the fees and content of ethical culture, but also compared to production of the same? What kind of continuity and thickness giving practices that have found effective? What we need to get an exchange and a real dialectic between local and
national scale? The Agency Millennia Unity Day, intended to offer a moment of reflection on these issues and meet with representatives of political institutions, the cooperative sector, foundations and associations and networks of women engaged in the cultural life of the territory.
